Following Development Approval, Catalyst was appointed to help the Veterinarians deliver a new Veterinary Hospital to accommodate a steadily growing business. The Veterinary Hospital will accommodate 6 Consulting rooms, two Surgery rooms, Treatment / ICU / X-ray and Reproduction specialty rooms with associated working spaces, horse barn and studio for onsite overnight veterinary supervision.

Catalyst was engaged to manage the project from Development Approval stage. We helped to refine the client’s objectives and in turn defined the optimal delivery methodology. Catalyst prepared Tender Documents and managed the tender process, resulting in the appointment of Cyclo Group as the Design & Construct Contractor. Catalyst managed the design development phase and acted as the client representative and superintendent during the construction contract.
