The “West-End Apartments” is a new 122 unit, 10 storey (33.4M), two-tower development in Charles St Wickham. The Development also includes 470m2 of commercial space over 4 separate tenancies. We are currently managing the preparation of the Development Application and coordinating the specialist consultant team providing support for the application to Newcastle City Council. The Project Architect is Luke Mahaffey from Base Architects, and Craig Marler from ADW Johnson is the Town Planner.
