The Gateway is a 5-Storey, commercial development on the corner of Parry St and Stewart Avenue Newcastle NSW. The impressive radial design with saw-tooth facade provides a unique style for the Gateway site into the city of Newcastle. The major tenant, Mine Wealth and Wellbeing (formerly Auscoal) occupies the top four floors, with Knight Frank occupying the ground floor space. The project was completed in February 2016.
