Portland is undergoing a redevelopment of the old cement works site.
What did we do?
Our varied services over the last 10 years and ongoing included management of: the Mine Closure process, Urban Design, Planning Proposal for Re-zoning, Development Control Plan, Space Dedication, and various DA’s for adaptive re-use of the heritage buildings and subdivision of the site. Catalyst were responsible for securing Guido Van Helton to paint the silos, and for the access deal with NSW Fisheries to open the Millpond (stocked with Rainbow Trout) to the public.
