Catalyst Project Consulting was engaged by the Building Management Committee (BMC) of DP 1145847 to deliver the remediation of their external plaza waterproofing membrane and structural crack within the carpark level to the requirements of the DBP Act.

Catalyst Project Consulting was responsible for the management of the design process, preparation and issuance of tender package, response to RFI’s, assessment of the received tender packages and contract negotiations with the preferred tenderer.
