Project Overview
Catalyst Project Consulting was engaged by the owners as their representatives to manage the remediation of their rooftop waterproofing membrane of the Nickson Building and water leak remediation to the Core B entrance area, to the requirements of the DBP Act.
What did we do?
Catalyst Project Consulting was responsible for the management of the design process, preparation and issuance of tender package, response to RFI’s, assessment of the received tender packages, contract negotiations with the preferred tenderer and construction Superintendence.
The Project Specific challenges Catalyst had to overcome include the management of the project in alignment with the DBP Act and competing interests of many unit owners.
