Project Overview
The project involved the refurbishment of the external facade for the heritage building, Northumberland House, located on the corner of King and Auckland Streets, Newcastle. The scope included structural repairs, brickwork repointing, reconstruction of timber window frames, construction of a new disabled access ramp, reinstallation of parapet faience and brickwork to resolve cavity flashing & moisture penetration and other minor works.
