The proposed development at 262 Wingham Road, Taree is an industrial/commercial development encompassing a 1500m² Gymnasium and bespoke car wash facility consisting of 3 automatic and 2 manual bays along with 4 vacuum bays and a dog washing facility and associated car parking.

Catalyst was engaged to manage the project from Concept Design through to the delivery of Development Application documentation and lodgement. Following development approval, Catalyst will prepare Tender Documents and manage the tender process. Catalyst will also act as the client representative and superintendent during the construction contract.
