This 5 storey, 9,400m2 commercial office building is located on the gateway site on the corner of Stewart Avenue and Hunter Streets, Newcastle. With a five star finish, the twin tower “Gateway 2” is expected to exceed the quality of all existing commercial office space in Newcastle.

Developed by Greg Politis, designed by CKDS Architecture & PTW Architects and constructed by Core Project Group, the building was completed in March 2019. Also involved are Northrop Consulting Engineers (Structure and Civil), Electrical Projects Australia, Activate Fire Australia, Edwards and Vickerman Consulting Engineers (Mechanical), and McCallum PFCA (Hydraulic).
