Project Overview

Catalyst are managing the design for a Development Application which also considers the input of service engineering and structural advice. The project will be rationalised beyond the standard DA design to provide certainty in the buildability of the project prior to DA. This methodology not only promotes more certainty in the costing of the project but also minimises risk in the process of the planning portal and Construction Certificate application and the issues through change management.

All consultants will be registered in the portal and also required to design in REVIT which also provides a better tool to assess clashes and issues with services prior to construction. The retention of the heritage item on Hunter Street is central to the street level faced on Hunter street.
