With 180 units across two towers rising 30 storeys, Dairy Farmers Towers are set to transform the Newcastle horizon, with views from Stockton to Merewether. The 5 storey commercial building offers enterprising commercial space.

The clock tower, featuring the iconic glass bottle has been stabilised and will continue to live on through the redevelopment into Dairy Farmers Towers as a prominent feature expressing the site’s heritage and history.

Catalyst was engaged to manage the concept design and Development Approval. In consultation with a strong team of consultants, Catalyst delivered the Development Approval in 2022. The competitive tender was released to the market and after contractual negotiations and value engineering, the preferred contractor was selected in June 2023.

Construction is scheduled to commence in July 2023, with a scheduled completion timeframe of 24 months during which period Catalyst will represent Thirdi as the contract superintendent.
