Core Padel Australia is seeking to install Padel courts to an area within Newcastle District Tennis Club lands off Curlew Road Broadmeadow. The facility is a temporary structure with landscaping, a meeting area, kids play area, shade and approximately 10 courts for hire.

Catalyst is appointed to provide management of the approval pathway with Crown Lands and Newcastle Council. The engagement of a design team to formalise a tender to contractors, and the superintendency of the works to final handover also forms part of Catalysts role.
