The Huntlee Shopping Centre features a full line, market style Coles supermarket, Liqourland and 11 specialty retail stores. The site has extensive undercover parking offering residents of Huntlee and neighboring suburbs a conveniently located boutique shopping experience.

The Huntlee Shopping Centre was the first major project in the Huntlee town center precinct and has been an integral element in the ongoing growth of the thriving Huntlee township.

Catalyst Project Consulting was responsible for managing the entire project from initial concept through to project completion. This included
preparation and lodgment of a development application with Cessnock city council, Development Consent, Design Development, Principal Contractor Tender and Contracting, Construction Superintendency, Tenancy Coordination, Land Subdivision, and Ongoing operational support.

The project was successfully delivered in line with the client’s objectives and exceeded expectations in regards to the quality of finishes and performance of the Centre.
