Project Overview

The project consists of a mixed – use development of 80 residential apartments, 350msq of retail/commercial space and 110 car parks. The project provides for extensive outdoor open space of roof and podium levels with views north across the harbour.

What did we do?

The developer has engaged Catalyst to manage the design team to lodge a S4.55 application to Newcastle Council and coordinate all utility design, approval, and connection requirements.

Catalyst will also undertake a value engineering process to ensure the project, prior to S4.55 lodgement, is buildable and aligns with the project’s feasibility.

Catalyst will subsequently coordinate CC documentation post-approval and undertake contract superintendency services.
