Compass Housing Services has engaged Catalyst Project Consulting to provide client side project management services for its new development at 43 Station Street Wickham, alongside the architect CKDS and head contractor North Construction.
The development is a 7 storey, 16 unit social and affordable housing complex comprising one and two bedroom units. The development has a communal rooftop terrace and seven on-site car spaces. Location is prime being directly across the road from the Newcastle Interchange.
