Compass Housing Services, in partnership with the NSW Government and City of Newcastle, delivered a seven storey, 16-unit social and affordable housing development in the heart of Newcastle’s ‘West End’ Growth Corridor. The development includes a communal rooftop terrace and seven on site car parking spaces.
What did we do?
Catalyst was initially engaged to oversee the Principal Contractor tender. Upon contract execution, Catalyst was engaged to act as the Principal’s representative and superintendent throughout construction.
Catalyst helped manage the Building Commissioner’s site audit and subsequent reporting, together with coordinating LHA inspections and completing defect inspections.
