The 12 Hall St Project is a 9 storey 48-unit residential development. The project is located within the inner-city area of Newcastle West.
What did we do?
Catalyst has been engaged by to prepare and release a request for tender package to obtain competitive market prices for the construction of the new carwash facility. Upon evaluation of the tenders, Catalyst along with the client investigated other contracting opportunities to achieve the best value for the client.
With Catalyst’s support, the client will complete the bulk earthworks and grading independently. Subsequently, Catalyst will act as the client’s representative to oversee the construction works acting as the contract superintendent.
