This development encompasses the construction of a new outdoor storage facility for the purpose of securely storing caravans. The project entails civil works including stormwater drainage to Central Coast Council requirements, installation of security cameras and lighting, electric fencing and associated landscaping.

The client has purchased civil plant to deliver the works, engaging a trusted civil supervisor to coordinate and deliver the site works.

Catalyst was engaged to support the site team and client with design management, procurement of specialist subcontractors, coordination of authority approvals, procurement of materials and supplies.

Catalyst has also committed a vast amount of time in assisting the client to realise the cost savings that they envisaged to achieve by acting as the Principal contractor. To date we have been able to validate that the client has made the right decision, saving a considerable sum of money whilst achieving a quality product.
