The Huntlee Tavern is a vibrant entertainment and dining destination in the Hunter Valley. The Tavern was one of the first major developments in the new Huntlee Town Centre and has been an integral part in the growth of the new township.

Catalyst Project Consulting was approach by the owners of the Tavern shortly after receiving their development Consents to run a Principal Contractor Tender, appoint the preferred contractor and then assist with the delivery of the project as the Client Representative and Contract Superintendent. Catalyst assisted in achieving a competitive project build cost, mitigating and resolving project risks and supporting the contractor to deliver a high-quality outcome ahead of the contract program without extensions of time.
