Catalyst was engaged as Project Manager, Contract Superintendent and administered the Head Contract. ATB Morton were awarded the head contract for the Design and Construction fit out of Hunter Primary Care’s new office at Warabrook. 

Hunter Primary Care extended Catalyst’s involvement to include a make good assessment and report of Hunter Primary Care’s prior office in King Street Newcastle.
