Catalyst was engaged by CSR Building Products to assist with Quarry Rehabilitation and progression into a subdivision in Thornton North.
The 42ha site previously supplied highly sought clay to the PGH Metford brick manufacturing plant as well as Sydney based plants.
What did we do?
Catalyst worked closely with the client, town planner, ecologist and four neighbouring property owners to prepare a precinct plan for Council, as well as early preparation for a planning proposal, including management of several subdivision design options ranging from 180 to 280 lots.
Catalyst was also responsible for managing site maintenance and security inspections.
