Bishopsgate Houses at Garawon Place is a 14 lot development in Fletcher, Newcastle. The development includes the construction of 14-two storey dwellings along with all services, roads and landscaping. Catalyst Project Consulting were appointed as client representative to deliver this project. Catalyst coordinated the design development and tender process to award a design and construct contract, ultimately managing the project through to commissioning and handover.
