What did we do?
Catalyst Project Consulting has been appointed as the Client Representative to manage the Design Development, Development Application and Consent, Demolition, Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment and Utility Approvals.
Catalyst will continue working with the client to manage the Construction Certificate Design and Contractor Tendering before acting as the Contract Superintendency through until completion.
