During routine fire safety inspections, a quantum of passive fire non-compliances were discovered which required immediate attention to satisfy the Annual Fire Safety Statement requirements.

Catalyst was engaged to manage the trial rectification works for which the contractor and passive fire certifier were already engaged. Upon completion of the trial works, Catalyst in consultation with the strata manager and the passive fire consultant prepared and managed the tender.

Following the engagement of the Principal Contractor, Catalyst acted as the client representative during the 12 month remediation program. Catalyst was also responsible for providing regular tenant updates, as the works were complete one level at a time.
