Congratulations to Merewether Golf Club & Thirdi Property Developments on the approval of the Site Compatibility Certificate for their planned development at the golf club.

Our target is to lodge the Development Application by September 2020. If approved, the development will consist of 148 new apartments, a new clubhouse, restaurant and bar, health and fitness centre plus more.
