Congratulations to Third Age Merewether and Merewether Golf Club on the commencement of the new Maintenance Facility. This is a major milestone for The Merewether Residence development which when complete will feature 178 Seniors Living units, a Wellness Centre and a new clubhouse.

The new maintenance shed will be a state of the art greenkeeper facility in a centralised location of the golf course. Completion is due later 2024 which will enable decommissioning of the existing shed making way for the main development to commence.
