The project entails the construction of a new carwash facility consisting of(3) self-serve wash bays, one (1) self-serve super wash bay, two (2) automatic wash bays, six (6) vacuum bays, two (2) dog wash bays, plant room, office, and associated parking and landscaping.

Catalyst has been engaged by to prepare and release a request for tender package to obtain competitive market prices for the construction of the new carwash facility. Upon evaluation of the tenders, Catalyst along with the client investigated other contracting opportunities to achieve the best value for the client.

With Catalyst’s support, the client will complete the bulk earthworks and grading independently. Subsequently, Catalyst will act as the client’s representative to oversee the construction works acting as the contract superintendent.
