Catalyst Project Consulting are pleased to announce the successful delivery of another residential apartment building in the heart of the Newcastle’s ‘West End’ Growth Corridor. Delivered through a partnership between Compass Housing, the NSW Government, and the City of Newcastle the project delivers much needed inner-city affordable housing whilst ensuring a healthy diversity of inner-city residents. The seven storey, 16 unit complex offers great amenity, close to jobs and transport, with the quality of finishes equivalent to some West End’s most prominent residential apartment developments.

Catalyst were engaged by Compass Housing to oversee the Principal Contractor Tender and deliver Superintendency services through construction, working closely with Compass, CKDC Architecture and North Construction on delivering the project on time and within the allocated budget.
